Tender Management and Contract Specialist (m/f/d) - South Europe

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people at a total of 57 locations worldwide. The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. Responsibilities:

 

  • You identify and evaluate tender opportunities for the south of Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal).
  • You prepare and manage tender documents and submissions.
  • You develop proposals with the bid team.
  • You ensure compliance with tender specifications.
  • You handle administrative tasks from tender announcement to contract expiration.
  • You liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • You conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • You stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • You review and improve tender processes and documentation.
  • You manage post-submission activities and support contract negotiations.
  • You maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • You update and improve the research platform.
  • You be an expert on tender documents and legal questions.
  • You serve as the main contact for purchasers and stakeholders.
  • You manage contracts and the contract registry.
  • You implement process improvements in the Tender Management Team.
  • You report relevant KPIs to management.

Requirements:

 

  • You have strong experience with the tender process and local procurement laws.
  • You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • You can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You are fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, additional languages are a plus.
