We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sr Assist, Manufacturing & Operations, Support to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure materials and inventory are received, accurately tracked, organized, and delivered where they are needed to support production and customer shipments.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and efficient warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

Unload, inspect, label, and properly store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Pick, pack, and stage materials for customer shipments and internal transfers.

Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to safely move materials throughout the facility.

Process inventory transactions and perform inventory inquiries using ERP systems such as SAP.

Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

Transport materials between warehouse locations, production areas, and shipping and receiving docks to support operational needs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist with special projects to support warehouse and manufacturing efficiency.

What You Bring

Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, or Manufacturing Experience: 1–2 years of experience preferred in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or manufacturing support. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

Experience with warehouse or inventory management processes (receiving, stocking, order picking, and cycle counting); 1+ year of experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. 

ERP or inventory management systems: Experience using ERP or inventory management systems preferred; SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks): Prior experience operating material handling equipment preferred. Forklift certification is a plus; training and certification can be provided for the right candidate.

Annual salary 42K - 53K, plus 5% annual corporate bonus target
