Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/) - DACH

Responsibilities:

 

  • You take ownership of the end-2-end sales process for assigned customers

  • You are responsible for the complete customer journey from approaching phases until order taking

  • You are constantly seeking the development of the existing customer portfolio by offering new products or cross/up-selling opportunities

  • You develop the customer portfolio by actively researching potential customers by exploring new markets, applications or geographic niches or through the execution of targeted initiatives towards customer acquisition.

  • You are in charge of technical service sales intended for the existing installed base of Evident devices for all customer segments

  • In cooperation with the Marketing department you provide support planning & execution of proactive sales campaigns towards assigned customer segment.

  • You prequalify the inbound leads and assess the customer potential for correct customer segment allocation

  • You are responsible for the sales qualification of the inbound leads and assessment of the customer potential for correct customer segment allocation.

  • You manage your own sales activity and pipeline according to existing guidelines to reach yearly/monthly sales quota by product line. With a constant follow-up and maintenance of your own pipeline and lead flow in the CRM system matching the established KPI

  • You participate in classroom and e-learning training sessions on products & applications, sales skills and digital selling

 

Requirements:

 

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or a university degree

  • You have proven sales experience either field or inside sales and minimum 3 years experience in the industrial or life sciences sales field

  • Previous knowledge on Microscopy or Imaging Devices will be a plus

  • You have a proven track record of successfully pitching to customers for new business and opportunities

  • You have experience in lead qualification and management in cooperation with marketing departments

  • You are experienced in the use of virtual/digital channels applied to sales & lead management processes and in working with CRM systems

  • Knowledge of sales & marketing strategies

  • Capacity to understand complex technical products on the Life Sciences fields. Capacity to learn quickly.

  • You have a strong command of German. More languages are considered as a plus.

  • You are an engaging, outgoing personality and bring passion for helping customers

  • You are able to effectively engage with all levels of customers through excellent verbal and written communications skills
