Responsibilities
- In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of the Microscopic Imaging Solution business on a global scale
- You will support the Global Business Unit Head in defining strategic priorities to drive market leadership and company growth
- You will spearhead strategic and/or operational initiatives, manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for the MIS strategic project portfolio, and coordinate project steering and governance
- Your tasks also include the preparation and conduction of Senior Management (Executive Committee) meetings as well as the preparation and coordination of meetings with the global senior management
- You will report directly to the Global Business Unit Head for Microscopic Imaging Solution and you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global business
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a course of studies in Business Administration, Engineering in similar areas
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in a top management consultancy
- You have profound project management experience as well as experience in sales, marketing and/or service topics regarding B2B businesses
- You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English
- Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
- You have a confident manner and are a skilled negotiator across all levels of the organization
- You are able to prioritize quickly and effectively manage tasks
