Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) - Evident Inspection Technology - limited 1 year

The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure effective inbound and outbound logistics operations for assigned business lines.
  • Execute and manage purchase requisitions, order processing, order tracking, and warehouse coordination.
  • Guarantee material availability in alignment with confirmed customer delivery dates.
  • Maintain close and continuous communication with global and regional suppliers, manufacturing sites, and regional warehouses.
  • Define required inventory levels for the assigned item portfolio in collaboration with Demand & Supply Planners and Product Managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics and delivery-related topics for internal stakeholders, including Sales Support, Product Management, and Sales.
  • Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve issues, including open order and bottleneck management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.

 


Qualifications

 

  • University degree in a STEM field or Economics.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in an internationally operating company is preferred.
  • Experience in project-based work.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies (e.g., KAIZEN) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP or similar) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong self-motivation, initiative, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is desirable.
