nside Sales Specialist - Service Contract Sales EMEA (m/f/d)

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people at a total of 57 locations worldwide. The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. In addition, Evident offers videoscopes, products for non-destructive testing techniques and for X-ray fluorescence analysis.



Your responsibilities

  • Drive the renewal of existing service contracts to maintain high retention rates

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service offerings

  • Proactively follow up on expiring contracts and generate new business

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contract documentation

  • Act as the primary inside sales contact for customers across EMEA

  • Conduct outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems

  • Track opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts

  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to sales processes and KPIs

  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Service Engineers, and Customer Support teams

  • Work with regional stakeholders to align on strategy and opportunities

  • Support tender processes and large contract negotiations when required

  • Ensure contract accuracy, pricing compliance, and documentation standards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, pricing, and policies

 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2–5 years in inside sales, service sales, or account management

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within service contracts or technical environments

  • Experience in a multi-country or EMEA-focused role is an advantage

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and MS Office

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Fluency in English

  • French or Spanish would be an advantage
