Demo Asset Coordinator
At Evident Inspection Technologies, we support our customers with advanced technologies and innovative solutions in the fields of Analytical Instruments (ANI), Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). As part of our EMEA Regional Marketing Communications Team, this role contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with EMEA Commercial and Product Marketing Management (PMM) objectives.
The overall aim of the job is to balance the availability and usability of demo equipment with budget and cost constraints. To this end, the Demo Asset Coordinator is driving the demo target pool, coordinate all administrative and logistics activities supporting our sales teams and customers and permanently evaluates and improves the demo pool quality, performance, and costs.
Responsibilities:
- Alignment of the demo pool with requirements from Marketing and Sales (demo target pool and capex planning process)
- Responsible for coordination of all demo request from the Sales Team and Customers. Maintain accurate record of all loans of equipment from fields and ensure timely return.
- Perform Cycle counts and QA check on demonstration inventory to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high utilization and availability of our demo equipment, monitor KPI’s, recognize trends and align on corrective actions with operations, marketing, and sales management
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent presentation of our demo portfolio, e.g. by coordinating the set definition process with Marketing and Sales, and reviewing the quality of active demo sets
- Drive decision making for pool additions and proactively drive the disposal of obsolete equipment (Sell-off/ scrap)
- Continuously improve the own processes
- Cross train on other warehousing activities to assist as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in administrative
- Experience in an internationally operating company is preferred
- Strong conceptional and analytical talent
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Swift and pragmatic when executing standard and non-standard processes and creating reports
- Self-sufficient and responsible in managing projects and collaborating with colleagues from different functions and hierarchical levels
- Dedicated to detail, e.g. data consistency and data quality
- Thrilled by our products and their fields of application
- Advanced Microsoft Office and reporting expert
- Good communication skills in Czech and English (German would be an advantage)
