Sales Territory Manager (m/f/d) Life Science - Microscopy

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people at a total of 57 locations worldwide. Evident Europe, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, employs approximately 770 people in 16 countries. The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. In addition, Evident offers videoscopes, products for non-destructive testing techniques and for X-ray fluorescence analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive active sales across our full microscopy product portfolio.
Independently manage your territory, including travel and customer engagement.
Plan and execute customer visits and product demonstrations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, with or without marketing support.
Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using our CRM system.
Maintain accurate data on opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

A university degree, ideally in a scientific or technical field.
Several years of relevant sales experience; microscopy knowledge is a plus.
Strong technical understanding and a passion for complex technologies.
A results-driven mindset with a love for selling and closing deals.
Excellent self-organization and motivation.
Fluent English skills; additional languages are a bonus.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
